Quality
RMSI views quality as an integral part of its
day-to-day operations and achieves quality by
preventing errors occurring at any stage in the
project lifecycle. Specifically, RMSI has built
an effective Quality Management System (QMS) that
can generate quality outputs. RMSI also takes
into account specific quality control stages after
completion of a set of logical processes. RMSI
ensures that an independent Quality Assurance
(QA) division certifies all data and products
shipped to the client as final deliverables.
The QA division is responsible for:
 |
Ensuring its involvement at
initial stages of the project |
 |
Process workflow, Quality Control (QC) steps
in production process, assurance, and certification
of all deliverables |
 |
Acting as the sole shipping point for all
products |
