Rajiv is part of the RMSI's management team and Board of Directors. He has been with RMSI since 1997 and has handled multiple portfolios ranging from Director Finance to Chief Operating Officer. In his present role as COO, Rajiv is the functional head of Operations, Finance, HR, Legal, and Compliance & Risk Management.
Rajiv is responsible for implementing the long-term strategic plan of the organization, including achievement of the operational and financial results. He is also responsible for developing financial & human resource policies, strategic investment plans and handling the overall finance portfolio.
Rajiv has guided the organization to achieving the coveted ISO 27001 certification and in RMSI being consistently featured as the "Best Employer To Work For" in India.
Rajiv previously worked as a Financial Controller with KB&T Limited, managing its finance and accounting functions, including treasury and banking operations, foreign exchange management, project finance and resource mobilization, budgeting, public issue formalities, and all legal and commercial aspects of the business.
Rajiv is a Chartered Accountant and has a degree in B.Com (Hons.) from the University of Delhi.
