Roger is responsible for growing the analytical and data enhancement services and building a team and infrastructure to support risk analysis, consulting and data outsourcing for global insurance and re-insurance clients. He will also develop and deliver a workflow management system to support the analytical and data enhancement opportunities. In addition to this, Roger will look for expansion opportunities that are consistent with the core business strategy of RMS.
Before joining RMSI, Roger was the Director of Global Consulting Services at RMS. Over the last eight years with RMS, he supported and led major analytical and consulting projects that required an extensive use and knowledge of the RMS models and methodologies. He has significant experience in the placement of indemnity and parametric based alternative risk transfer transactions, including publicly traded catastrophe bonds. He supported the placement of two ground-breaking public transactions: the first securitization of weather risk for Koch and the first securitization of windstorm risk to an electricity transmission system for Electricité de France.
Roger received his B.S. and M.S. degrees in Earth Systems and B.A. degrees in Literature and Economics from Stanford University.
