RMSI HR Head wins "Leading Woman in Human Resources" Award

The award has been conferred to Ms Jyot in recognition of her contribution and achievements in the field of Human Resources to the industry. Under her leadership, RMSI achieved many laurels in leading employee satisfaction surveys across the country. Notable amongst these are the "Best Workplace" Award in India for three years in a row (2007,08,09) by the Great Places to Work Institute, US and the "Dataquest IDC India's Top 20 Best Indian IT Employers" in which RMSI has been featured continuously for seven years in a row.

Apart from these, RMSI has also been conferred the "CII Corporate Wellness Award" in recognition of its commitment towards health programs and wellness initiatives for its employees; "HR Excellence Award" constituted by Amity University (Noida, India) under the categories "Workplace Environment" and "HR Technology" and is also a recipient of the "Pride of the Industry Award" in 2009 for its employee friendly practices.
