Qualification

MBA/PGDBM (HR) from reputed institute having 1 to 3 years of relevant work experience.

Skill set

The person would be responsible for Leaves/Attendance, Reimbursements, Statutory compliances, ESI, PF, calculations of Incentives, OT etc.


The person should have knowledge of MIS reports generations and other employees related query solving.

 

The person should have excellent communication skills, interpersonal skills. good computer knowledge would be an added advantage
