This position will be required to work in a fast paced multidisciplinary team of professionals.  Candidate will work closely with cohorts situated in the United States where he must be able to effectively communicate and quickly and efficiently translate business needs into long term sustainable methods through database and software solutions.     

This person must have extensive hands-on experience in large scale enterprise level database and software architecture design, development and maintenance including rapid prototyping and complete product development cycle.  Such a candidate will be required to conceptualize and create proof of processes to support new initiatives.  He must be able to convert prototypes into high quality application and processes to be used in a production development environment.

Responsibilities ownership of project based tasks which include hands-on technical guidance, troubleshooting evaluation of each developed module, fine tuning of processes, performance tuning, and diagnosing technical issues and contributing to the process of remedy

• Expert level of knowledge in complex Database design & software development in accordance to industry standard best practices.
• Full Implementation Experience in designing solutions that involve Data Warehousing and High Volume Transaction Processing Systems
• Extensive Experience in BI (Business Intelligence) tools, specifically in SSIS (SQL Server Integration Services), SSAS (SQL Server Analysis Services), and SSRS (SQL Server Reporting Services)
• Hands-on and in-depth knowledge of .NET platform with C# and ASP.NET
• Knowledge of COM Interoperability
• Working experience with Design Patterns, UML design, OOAD
• Experience working with MS Windows XP, MS Word, Excel, MS Project, MS Visio and PowerPoint

10+ years of experience out of which 3 to 6 years  in Database management is required.,B.E / B.Tech / M.E / M.Tech / M.Sc in Civil / IT / Computer/ Electronics & Telecommunication Engineering or equivalent from a reputed institute with consistently good academic record.
