This position will be required to work in a fast paced multidisciplinary team of professionals.  Candidate will work closely with cohorts situated in the United States where he must be able to effectively communicate and quickly and efficiently analyze business needs and convert them into product directives.

This person must be able to clearly understand client specifications, devise a myriad of solutions for client to choose from, present proposals clearly and concisely while being firm about recommendations in a professional manner, and be able to provide constructive feedback to client decisions.   

Individual must be a research oriented free thinker with innovative approaches and work well in a dynamic environment.  At times little direction will be provided, yet client expectations will be high.    

• Conduct data driven analysis with databases in order to devise business rules.
• Plan and coordinate with client so expectations are reflected in team development plans.
• Recommend improvements, modifications, and ideas in the product and its related processes through independent research and communication with key staff within and outside the team.
• Creation and maintenance of all analysis documents are required including any supporting reports or results, recording process steps, and compiling Technical Methodology documents.
  

• Strong SQL knowledge and experience including ability to write custom queries of medium to high complexity.
• Good Statistical, Qualitative & Quantitative analysis skills will be required.
• Experience working with MS Windows XP, MS Word, Excel, MS Project, MS Visio and PowerPoint.
• Knowledge of Geocoding, Risk Analysis/Modeling, and Modus Operandi of [Re]Insurance Sector will be added advantage.
• Good organizational skills and excellent written and oral communication skills.
• Good Presentation Skills.
• High aptitude for problem solving and zeal for innovative solutions.
• Detail-oriented and persistent, able to drive complicated tasks through to completion.
• Should have ability to work independently and understand client requirements.

B.E. / B.Tech / M.Sc / MA in Civil / IT / Computer/, Stats/Economics or equivalent from a reputed institute with consistently good academic record. 6 to 8 years of total experience with minimum 3 years in Data Analysis.
