| The person
would be responsible for setting up a structured
process framework for the GIS - App. Dev,
Building awareness about Quality Management
Systems and its benefits. Positively motivate
and lead the GIS -App-Dev team for a successful
implementation of an Agile SDLC structured
process framework given the specific work
requisites of the team. Provide training
on Quality Management Systems, MSF for Agile
SDLC etc. The person should have Demonstrable
experience of project management and team
development, including objective performance
assessment of project and people. Exposure
to at the least one or more of the global
quality systems or project management formworks
(like ISO 9000, Six Sigma, Balanced Score
Card, PMI, CMMi, and Agile etc) and its
utilization in a previous role is critical.
The person should have negotiation skills.
The person should have positive attitude,
good communication and presentation skills,
logical thinking and analytical skills and
documentation skills, excellent interpersonal
