The person should have Engineering, Modeling and Simulation, Project Management and Business Management skills. The person should have exposure to structural and transportation engineering, development of probabilistic models for risk assessment of natural hazards/knowledge of information technology applications including GIS would be an added advantage. Knowledge of insurance and reinsurance domain is desirable. Strong leadership, team management and client engagement skills are a must.
The person should have positive attitude, good communication and presentation skills, logical thinking and analytical skills and documentation skills, excellent interpersonal skills.
