DAS Team provides Exposure data quality evaluation to Insurance companies in UK, US & Bermuda. Nature of work will primarily involve running evaluation on accuracy & completeness of client data. It will involve identifying Gaming / inconsistencies in data. As a Risk Analyst, person will be highly involved in the analyzing and interpreting data using RMS technologies and trademark software as well as working with other RMS departments and clients, publishing snapshot summaries of clients data in xls/ PPT’s & working on ways to enhance client’s quality locations using RMS’s proprietary softwares. The person will focus on data refinement intended to align the client’s loss estimation using the modeling softwares to the actual outcome at the time of Catastrophes

• B.E / B. Tech from a reputed institute or Masters in Mathematics / Statistics / Economics from Delhi University.
• 1 to 3 years of relevant experience in Property & Casualty Insurance.
• Good knowledge of Insurance and re-insurance process.
• Strong analytical and business problem solving ability.
• Strong database and data manipulation skills - working knowledge of Excel, Access, SQL, VBA or VB.Net is an added advantage.
• Knowledge of insurance and reinsurance market and claims data handling would be an added advantage.
• Should have a positive attitude, and aptitude for research and development, Demonstrated adaptability to varying dynamics / multi-tasking as normally associated with research activities is preferred.
• Strong judgment, issue management and problem analysis techniques.
• Good exposure with International clients would be an advantage.
• Must be a self-starter with a good balance between understanding business and technology relationships.
• Should have good interpersonal, communication, analytical, problem solving and conflict resolution skills.
• Should have ability to work independently, Good documentation skills are required.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
