The person would be responsible for Demonstrable experience of project management and team development, including objective performance assessment of project and people, ability to conduct process audits and suggest innovative solutions.

He/she should have exposure to atleast one of the global quality systems or project management frameworks (like ISO 9000, Six Sigma, Balanced Score Card, PMI) and its utilization in a previous role is essential, exposure to GIS software, Process flow chart development and Database Management Systems (MS Access, SQL-Server/ Oracle) will be desirable.

Ability to understand client needs and translating it into project specifications, Project process setup and implementation coordination, Project Management and Reporting, Client communications and coordination, Client engagement, Team development, Project scope study, effort estimations and process flowchart development.

B.E. / B. Tech from a reputed institute or B Planning, M. Planning (after B. Arch) from school of Planning and Architecture with consistently good Academic Record having 8 -12 years relevant experience.

Good communication skills, logical thinking ability, analytical skills, documentation skills, goal orientation, project planning, estimating /scheduling and multi-team implementation skills will be required.
