Planning & writing test cases.
Thorough understanding of defect tracking
process and issue escalation.
Reporting on Test data, Execution of
Tests, Test Environment Set Up.
Implementation of Test Automation requirements
using any of the Test Tools: Rational
Test Suite, Mercury Interactive, XRunner,
WinRunner, LoadRunner, Jstyle, Test Director,
Silk Performer, Silk Test, QA Director
etc.
Knowledge on web & windows development
area, databases and tools are preferable.
Must have exposure to Software Development
Cycle in a process based environment.
Ability to perform in a multi-tasking
in team-oriented environment with excellent
verbal and written communication skills.
Exposure to CMM (I) standards and processes
would be an added advantage.
GIS domain knowledge will be required
for (MIPro project)
Good communication, team spirit and
logical thinking ability.
Should have good interpersonal, analytical,
and problem solving skills.
Should have ability to work independently,
Good documentation skills are required.
Should have a positive attitude, and
aptitude for research and development,
Demonstrated adaptability to varying dynamics
/ multi-tasking as normally associated
with research activities is preferred.
