Should have a sound understanding of
software project development life cycle.
Ability to perform in a multi-tasking
in team-oriented environment with excellent
verbal and written communication skills.
Exposure to CMM (I) standards and processes
would be an added advantage.
Good exposure with International clients
would be an advantage.
The person would be responsible for
Program design, Programming, Unit Testing
and technical documentation.
Should have strong programming skills
in Java/J2EE skills, exposure to SOA,
strong demonstrable experience on J2EE
Application Servers, open source or commercial
Content Management Servers and Enterprise
application integration.
Good Requirement analysis, Estimation,
Program Design, Impact analysis Code review
and module integration skills.
Good experience in design and development
of web based products / applications.
Exposure to Bug Fixing / Defect Resolution,
unit testing, test driven development
and peer testing skills, proficiency in
using development tools like Eclipse.
Exposure to RDBMS design concepts and
usage should have a sound understanding
of software development life cycle, exposure
to software engineering techniques, UML,
RUP, and CASE is desirable.
Exposure to CMM(I) standards and processes
will be an added advantage, desired technical
documentation skills
Should have essential time management
skills, interpersonal skills, essential
goal & quality orientation, quick
learner, innovative thinker, team player,
analytical and problem solving skills.
Must be a self-starter with a good balance
between understanding business and technology
relationships with good communication
skills.
