| The person
would be responsible for Client need assessment
and guiding/assisting the project teams
for resource acquisition and leveling, Process
design, development, improvement and optimization,
manipulation and quantification of client
data using a variety of database tools,
Project Operations Management and Reporting,
Client Relationship Management, Technical
document writing, Process Optimization skills.
Strong analytical and business problem
solving ability, Work with test leads and
test architects to develop and document
appropriate test scenarios and test cases
to validate the future process state, Knowledge
of insurance, reinsurance, or financial
institutions is an advantage.
Project Management Frameworks, Demonstrated
knowledge of at the least one of the global
quality systems or project management frameworks
(like ISO 9000, Six Sigma, Balanced Score
Card, PMI) and its effective utilization
in a previous role is a prerequisite.
Process flow chart development and Database
Management Systems (MS Access, SQL-Server/
Oracle) will be an added advantage.
