Technical Specialist – (Microsoft Technologies) (3) – (EGS)
Qualification

BE/MCA

Skill set & Responsibilities include
  1. Responsible for conceptualizing, architecting and designing large scale high performance applications.
  2. Responsible for technology research/assimilation and process audits/designs.
  3. Extensive experience in design, development and deployment of web based products/ applications.
  4. Should have a sound understanding of software development life cycle.
  5. Experience with large-scale high performance web infrastructure will be an added advantage.
  6. Strong DOTNET skills, exposure to SOA and exposure to Database management platform like SQL/Oracle are essential.
  7. Exposure to other programming languages like C#, VB.NET is essential
  8. Strong demonstrable experience on Microsoft Share Point Server, Microsoft Content Management Server, Microsoft BizTalk Server and Enterprise application Integration is essential.
  9. Exposure to software engineering techniques, UML, RUP, and CASE is desirable. Exposure to CMM (I) standards and processes will be an added advantage.
  10. Must be a self-starter with a good balance between understanding business and technology relationships.
  11. Good leadership, communication, team building and logical thinking ability. Should have good interpersonal, communication, analytical, problem solving and conflict resolution skills. Should have ability to work independently, Good documentation skills are required. Should have a positive attitude, and aptitude for research and development, Demonstrated adaptability to varying dynamics / multi-tasking as normally associated with research activities is preferred.
  12. Strong judgment, issue management and problem analysis techniques.
