Development
of a Sports Information System
RMSI along with consortium
partners Landmark Information Group
(LIG), helped Sport Engand develop
UK's first integrated database of
over 10,000 sport facilities in England
. In addition, RMSI and LIG have also
been chosen to host and manage the
delivery of the portal for the next
three years.
The project has been nominated in
the GIS category for the 'Information
Management 2004 Awards' (Europe’s
premier awards that recognize excellence
and innovation in the management of
