RMSI-GDT Relationship Awarded
“Second Most Collaborative Outsourcing Relationship”
NEWARK CA, August 25, 2004: RMSI, a global IT
services company, announced that RMSI along with
strategic partners Geographic Data Technology,
USA have been recognized as the “Second
Most Collaborative Outsourcing Relationship”
at the 2004 Outsourcing Excellence Awards.
The Outsourcing Excellence Awards is an annual
awards program sponsored by Outsourcing Center,
Everest Group, Forbes, and this year, Wharton
Executive Education. The objective of awards is
to identify, evaluate, recognize and publicize
outstanding outsourcing relationships. Winners
are evaluated on a number of parameters by a panel
of independent judges that includes experts in
a variety of outsourcing disciplines.
A detailed feature titled, “How Outsourcing
Impacted a Company’s Entry into a New Market”,
highlighting the genesis, growth and success of
the alliance between RMSI & Geographic Data
Technology has also been featured in the July
2004 issue of the Outsourcing Journal.
