  RMSI specializes in XML tagging to exchange documents and data of a variety of formats easily. Moreover as XML can process and present data in various ways, it is possible for each user to exchange his data/documents in different formats.

• Indexing and Cataloging +

  RMSI can provide indexing and cataloging of bibliographical information, books, journals, pictures, or other items on various subjects. We can create database indices required to speed up selections on the search key fields. This also includes providing links to document images, and bar codes, as well as enabling efficient retrieval of all data entries with a given key value or by using other data storage files.

  RMSI can help process both structured and unstructured hard copy/scanned forms. While structured forms generally follow a fixed format, unstructured forms such as questionnaires or survey forms do not follow any fixed format. Scanned images are batch processed using a variety of software including OCR, ICR, and OMR.
