How the client benefitted: All text data from imaged folios were captured in a digital format and provided to the client. Capturing the information from the imaged folios and linking them to Integrated Title Registration Information System (ITRIS) database provided the customers an online access to folio information. Further, the support and information provided in processing applications for registration and related services resulted in significant efficiencies in processing casework, thereby reducing the overall transaction and handling efforts.
About the Client Client: A state authority responsible for the registration of property transactions in Ireland. The client’s primary responsibility is to maintain a register of lad titles in Ireland Assignment The Integrated Title Registration Information System (ITRIS) database has been fully operational throughout the Land Registry for a number of years, although this database was not complete, as approximately 50% of the imaged folios were yet to be included in the ITRIS database. The client wanted to capture the pending folio information from the imaged folios and link them to the ITRIS database. Our role RMSI set up a team of professionals, having expertise in complex data conversion projects, application development, and workflow management systems, to develop a data capture application to facilitate capturing of ownership information contained in imaged folios. To maintain the quality, the team created a well defined business rule driven process to capture the data from these folios.
