Various activities\u00a0are executed to lighten the mood while contributing to making the office feel like a second home. Due to the pandemic,\u00a0we are celebrating online this year and trying to re-live the fun we once had when everyone was present in the office.\u00a0<em>RMSI is organizing e-Diwali with many activities such as rangoli making competition, diya lighting, poster making and virtual pooja ceremony during \u2018work from home\u2019.<\/em><\/p>\n<p>This pandemic has made everyone explore\u00a0their hidden potential.<em>\u00a0As an organization, we all are looking forward to normalizing the new normal.<\/em><\/p>\n<p><strong>Let the Light Shine to Dispel Darkness<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Diwali\u00a0is also a source of hope to find life amidst the darkness and achieving prosperity and happiness.\u00a0It\u00a0is also celebrated to spread love and remove hatred and violence\u00a0from the world. According to Hindu Mythology, the lighting of diyas stands for vivacity and integrity. With modernization, the original diyas have been substituted in cities with classy neon lights and candles.<\/p>\n<p>Therefore, Diwali is\u00a0called the festival of lights.\u00a0More than anything, it symbolizes the light over darkness, good over evil, and hope over despair.<\/p>\n<p>But the true essence of the festival lies in the simple philosophies of progress and prosperity, unity and togetherness, new beginnings, and inviting positive energy into our lives.<\/p>\n<p><strong>So\u00a0let&#8217;s have a happy, safe, and cracker free Diwali, and keep up the spirits high to fight this pandemic together!<\/strong><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Earthen lamps, candle lights, homes filled with the smell of delightful sweets, the warmth of friends\u00a0and families, and the chill of the upcoming winter season, that\u2019s how we\u2019d like to paint a picture-perfect Diwali.
