This annual gathering attracts a global audience of geospatial industry leaders, innovators, and professionals, offering a unique platform for networking, sharing knowledge, and exploring cutting-edge geographic information systems (GIS) advancements.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The 2024 conference theme was &#8211; <strong>Powering digital public infrastructure through geospatial knowledge, <\/strong>exploring the integration of geospatial data with advanced technologies to transform governance and accelerate digitalization.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The event was inaugurated by Balo Raja, the Minister for Urban Affairs, Land Management, and Civil Aviation in Arunachal Pradesh, who shared his forward-thinking vision for the state&#8217;s development. The panel discussion centered around the theme &#8220;Managing Climate Risk for a Sustainable Future.&#8221;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The discussion highlighted the growing challenges businesses face due to climate change, including supply chain disruptions, physical asset damage, and evolving regulatory landscapes. Proactively addressing these risks is not just about safeguarding against losses but also about building resilience, reducing costs, and capitalizing on opportunities in a low-carbon economy.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>RMSI delivers comprehensive solutions to assess and mitigate the impact of climate change on hydro-meteorological hazards across the value chain.
