As an organization, we continuously believe in learning and ensuring the growth of our people. There is great emphasis on making our people upbeat and in-control of the latest technologies. We follow an extremely focused approach in our learning & development initiatives and make sure that we are taking constructive measures towards enhancing and developing the professional and personal growth of the individuals through various internal and external training programs.

RMSI has been successfully assessed for IS0 14001:2015 for compliance of Environmental Management System along with ISO 45001:2018 for compliance of Occupational Health and Safety Management System.

In recognition of RMSI’s efforts in inculcating health awareness among its employees through its various wellness initiatives, RMSI was awarded the CII Corporate Wellness Award under “Special Recognition” category at the CII National Conference in 2009.

From corporate health check-up camps to ‘quit smoking’ sessions, RMSI organizes quite a number of health, safety and wellness activities across the year.

RMSI’s Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) programs are organized under the aegis of “Helping Hands”. This avenue has been created for each RMSI employee to connect with a social cause. The objective of the program is to foster the spirit of sharing, pride, teamwork and camaraderie through volunteer work.

Through Helping Hands, employees are given the opportunity to contribute in their own ways to social causes close to their hearts. This has created faith and pride in the organization and employees feel a part of the bigger picture. There are three kinds of activities that fall under the ambit of our CSR, namely i) Community Wellbeing, ii) Disaster Mitigation and iii) Environmental Responsibility.

We closely work with our partner NGOs – Adhar, Shanti Kaushal Foundation, SADRAG, Goonj, SETU for underprivileged children; save girl child mission; nutrition, health care, environment & hygiene of the impoverished communities and sponsoring education. We also conduct awareness-raising sessions on disaster management & mitigation for youngsters in schools and our volunteers play an active role in mobilizing support, in terms of cash and kind, for the victims of earthquake, cyclone, flood and tsunami.
