Ravindra heads the finance and legal functions at RMSI. His key responsibilities include capital finance, foreign exchange management, project finance, budgeting, and all legal and regulatory compliance. He is also responsible for procurement and vendor management.
Ravindra has more than twenty six years of corporate finance experience. He joined RMSI in 1995 and has handled diverse finance responsibilities over the years.
Ravindra is a commerce graduate with expertise in international transfer pricing, global taxation, insurance and strategic financial planning.
