For a project with a large global database, an organisation with proven experience and the right infrastructure to manage a complex global navigation database was needed. This required not only technical capability but also a deep understanding of large-scale, location-based systems. Ensuring data consistency across regions, handling frequent updates, and maintaining high availability were critical challenges that demanded both operational maturity and domain expertise.
